YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES DOES NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, LEGAL, TAX, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. YOU SHOULD CONSULT A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL FOR SUCH GUIDANCE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAPPIPOCKET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SERVICES.
